5. Business-to-business marketing and calls
Airweb may contact businesses to offer website and digital services. Where personal data is used for business marketing, we aim to use it fairly, provide appropriate privacy information and respect objections.
For live marketing calls, we maintain an internal do-not-call record and aim to screen relevant numbers against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) where required. We do not intentionally call a number that has previously asked Airweb not to call.
You can object to direct marketing at any time by telling the caller or emailing admin@airweb.uk. We may retain minimal suppression information so we can honour your request.
6. Who we share information with
We may share personal information where necessary with service providers that help us operate Airweb, including:
- CRM, email and business productivity providers, including Zoho services;
- payment processors and checkout providers, including Stripe and Zoho Checkout;
- website hosting, infrastructure, security, domain and content-delivery providers;
- professional advisers such as accountants or legal advisers where needed; and
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
7. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we seek to use providers and contractual or legal safeguards appropriate for international transfers.
8. How long we keep information
- Customer, contract and accounting records: generally for the relationship and then for the period reasonably required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, commonly up to six years.
- Prospect records: generally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a shorter period is appropriate.
- Do-not-call / suppression records: minimal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure we continue to honour the objection.
- Technical and security logs: for a limited period appropriate to security and troubleshooting, normally no longer than reasonably necessary.
We may retain information for longer if required by law, a dispute, fraud prevention or a legal claim.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we also limit access and use trusted service providers where appropriate.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to:
- ask for access to your personal information;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to erase information in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict processing;
- object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive certain information in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise a right, email admin@airweb.uk. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) about how your personal information is handled.
12. Cookies and these legal pages
These legal pages are designed to operate without non-essential advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may still process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the pages. If Airweb later adds analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking, this policy and any cookie controls will be updated as required.
13. Children
Airweb’s services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly target children with our services or direct marketing.
